Adam - I have just realised I had not emailed you to say thank you.
Thanks a lot for doing such a great job of entertaining everyone and helping to make it a great day. There has been nothing but positive feedback. Even the couple of people that were giving you a hard time, were impressed with how you kept going and managed to do a trick that they had no idea how it was done.
My only complaint would be that I did not get to see any magic and especially the coin bending trick, which I really wanted to see again.

Please pass on our thanks to Guy as well for his fantastic caricatures. After the wedding my husband Al said he was really disappointed that the caricaturist didn't do a drawing of him... then when we were going through our box of stuff we found the drawing that Al didn't even realise was being done! He was really thrilled! So we have the official photos and the (probably more accurate) unofficial cartoons!

Many thanks for your performance on Saturday. I am only sorry that I was so preoccupied with trying to keep our younger guests from destroying the place that I had no time to witness if for myself! We have had lots of complimentary comments about it – the children absolutely loved your magic, and it seems it was just as popular with the adults. You seem to have held them all spellbound! I was having a chat with some of the children from ‘top table’ about their favourite bit of the whole day, and the magic you performed seems to have been top of the list for many – which is saying something given that you had to contend with an amazing ceremony, with the splendour of the Apothecaries’ Hall and with a world-beating chocolate mousse.
We will definitely be keeping your details to recommend you to friends, and may well be calling on your services in the future when Matilda goes through the same event in two years’ time
